Toplanan bilgiler
Ücretsiz analiz veya iletişim formunda ad-soyad, telefon, e-posta, ülke, ilgilenilen uygulama ve isteğe bağlı olarak paylaşılan açıklamalar işlenebilir. WhatsApp üzerinden gönderdiğiniz fotoğraflar yalnızca talebinizi değerlendirmek ve iletişim kurmak amacıyla kullanılır.
İşleme amaçları
Bilgileriniz; talebinize yanıt vermek, uygun koordinatöre yönlendirmek, randevu ve hizmet sürecini planlamak, iletişim kayıtlarını yönetmek ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için işlenir.
CRM ve erişim
Form başvuruları Este Leon Clinic’un erişimi kontrollü müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi sistemine aktarılır. Kayıtlara yalnızca görevi gereği yetkilendirilmiş ekip üyeleri erişebilir.
Paylaşım ve aktarım
Verileriniz yasal zorunluluklar, açık talebiniz veya hizmetin yürütülmesi için gerekli teknik hizmet sağlayıcılar dışında üçüncü kişilere satılmaz. Sağlıkla ilişkili fotoğraf veya bilgiler, gerekli güvenlik ve gizlilik önlemleri gözetilerek işlenir.
Saklama süresi
Kayıtlar, iletişim ve hizmet amacının gerektirdiği süre ile yasal saklama yükümlülükleri boyunca tutulur; amaç ortadan kalktığında güvenli biçimde silinir, yok edilir veya anonimleştirilir.
Çerezler ve ölçüm
Site güvenliği ve temel çalışması için zorunlu teknolojiler kullanılabilir. Zorunlu olmayan analiz veya reklam teknolojileri, hukuken gerekli olduğu durumlarda tercih/onay mekanizmasına tabi tutulur.
Haklarınız
Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve verdiğiniz izni geri çekme taleplerinizi +90 552 188 95 28 numaralı iletişim kanalından iletebilirsiniz. Talebiniz kimlik doğrulaması sonrasında yürürlükteki mevzuata göre yanıtlanır.

Este Leon Clinic Content Publisher — YouTube API Services

Este Leon Clinic Content Publisher is a private, internal tool used by one authorized user, the owner of Este Leon Clinic, to upload the clinic's own original videos to the clinic's own YouTube channel. The tool is not offered to patients, customers, employees, or third parties.
Use of YouTube API Services
The tool uses YouTube API Services and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Information handled by Google is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
The tool uses OAuth 2.0 authorization to confirm the connected clinic-owned YouTube channel; upload a user-approved video with its title, description, privacy setting and Made for Kids designation; upload a user-approved thumbnail; return the uploaded video ID, link and status to the same authorized user; and change visibility only after a separate, explicit user action.
Data accessed and stored
The tool may access the connected channel's ID, title and basic channel statistics, and the IDs, links and status values returned for videos uploaded by the tool. It stores the OAuth authorization token, upload job metadata and returned video identifiers locally on the clinic owner's access-controlled computer.
The tool does not scrape YouTube, download YouTube audiovisual content, track viewing history, sell API data, create advertising profiles, or expose authorized YouTube data to third parties.
Purpose and sharing
Data is used only to operate and verify the clinic's own publishing workflow. It is transmitted to Google/YouTube only as required to perform the explicit actions requested by the authorized owner. It is not sold, licensed, or shared with other organizations for marketing or analytics.
Retention, security and deletion
OAuth credentials and local job records are retained only while the integration is actively used. They are stored on the owner's access-controlled computer and excluded from the project's source-control repository.
The owner can revoke the tool's Google access at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Upon revocation or a deletion request, the local OAuth token and related YouTube upload records can be deleted by the clinic operator. Changes
This policy may be updated if the tool's YouTube API usage changes. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
